Full Factory Rebuild

• Coil – $180 + parts
A full factory rebuild is a recommended annual service. It is comprehensive and thorough, restoring your shock to like-new or better-than-new performance.
Includes:
Complete breakdown and inspection of shock.
Complete teardown and rebuild of damper, including new seals, oil, and nitrogen charge (if applicable).
Replacement of all air can seals (if applicable).
Vacuum bleed and nitrogen charge.
Replacement of eyelet bushings.
Full knob and function test.
Air Can Service
• $60 + parts
An air can service is recommended every 50 hours of ride time and is pivotal to maintaining proper function. Failure to keep up with regular maintenance can result in damaged or worn parts and costly repair bills.
Includes:
Removal, cleaning, and inspection of air can.
Replacement of all air can seals.
Reassembly with new air can oil.
Repressurized and tested.

Replacement of dust wipers and foam rings.
Reassembly with new lower leg oil along with full knob and function test.
Lower Leg Service
• $60
A lower leg service is recommended every 50 hours of ride time and is pivotal to maintaining proper function. Failure to keep up with regular maintenance can result in damaged or worn parts and costly repair bills.
Includes:
Removal, cleaning, and inspection of lower legs.
Replacement of dust wipers and foam rings.
Reassembly with new lower leg oil along with full knob and function test.
Coil Conversion
• $400 (Coil price only)
• Installation included if fork is being serviced
• If no other service needed → Install only $60
Bushing Service (Additional Cost)
RockShox Reverb – $150
Fox Transfer – $140
Includes:
Complete disassembly and inspection of post.
Replacement of all seals, o-rings, glide rings, and wear bands.
Complete rebuild with new damper oil and grease.
Test of all functions.
Cartridge Dropper (Bike Yoke, KS, OneUp)
• Service – $60 + parts
• Cartridge Replacement (if needed) – TBD
Cartridge-style droppers such as KS, OneUp, BikeYoke, etc., have a recommended service interval of every 50 hours ride time.
Includes:
Complete disassembly and inspection of post.
Replacement of wiper seal, bushings, and guide pins.
Reassembly with new grease and test of all functions.
If your fork feels harsh or hangs up in its travel, worn or misaligned bushings are often the culprit.
